BitXFarm App Terms.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the BitXFarm mobile application operated by X Mob. By downloading, registering, purchasing through or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement in your country. Minors may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, notify us of unauthorized access, accept responsibility for account activity and maintain only the permitted number of accounts. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or misused.

3. App Nature

BitXFarm is a cloud-based cryptocurrency mining simulation and management application. Users may manage virtual mining machines, upgrade virtual capacity or hash rates, monitor activity, accumulate eligible BTC-denominated rewards and submit payout requests after reaching applicable thresholds.

Your phone does not directly mine cryptocurrency. The App does not use your device CPU, GPU, battery or processing power to perform cryptocurrency mining.

4. Purchases and Payments

The App may offer paid plans, boosts or digital features. Unless identified as a subscription before checkout, plans are one-time purchases. Prices, taxes and material conditions are shown before purchase. Benefits are personal, non-transferable and do not guarantee profit or real-world earnings.

Eligible purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another permitted method. We do not directly store complete payment-card or banking credentials.

5. Refunds and Restoration

Refunds are governed by Google Play, the payment provider and applicable consumer law. Refunded, reversed or fraudulent purchases may cause associated benefits to be revoked. Where supported, eligible purchases may be restored using the original Google Play and BitXFarm accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App unlawfully or fraudulently; manipulate rewards, plans, timers or purchases; use bots, scripts or exploits; reverse engineer or redistribute the App; bypass security or payment controls; interfere with services; upload harmful content; or present virtual features as guaranteed financial returns.

7. Suspension, Availability and Changes

We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security risks, invalid payments or legal compliance. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued for operational, legal, technical or security reasons. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, BitXFarm name, logo, interface, graphics, text and software are owned by or licensed to X Mob. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for intended use.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee profit, earnings, investment returns, virtual-balance preservation or permanent feature availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, X Mob is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion through BitXFarm App → Profile → Account Controls → Delete Account, or follow our Data Deletion Policy. Deletion may permanently remove profile data, progress, virtual balances and benefits.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with disputes decided by appointed courts in Hong Kong.
