Your privacy matters.
This Privacy Policy applies to the BitXFarm mobile application and related services operated by X Mob (“Application”, “we”, “us” or “Service Provider”).
1. Information Collection and Use
When you download and use the Application, we may collect personal information you provide, including your name, email, contact details and account credentials. We may also collect usage and device data such as IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited, visit times, App statistics, and account-linked mining activity or transaction details.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and service delivery. Where required by law, consent will be obtained before non-essential tracking is used.
3. Third-Party Services
Aggregated or anonymized information may be shared to improve the Application. Services used by the Application may include Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, and OneSignal. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, or to trusted providers working on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
4. International Data Transfers
Personal data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or consent.
5. Data Retention
User-provided data is generally retained for the duration of App use plus 12 months. Automatically collected data may be retained for up to 24 months. Data required for legal compliance may be retained longer, while aggregated anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing support@xmobmining.com. Uninstalling stops further device collection but does not automatically delete previously transmitted information.
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
7. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16, or a higher age where required by local law. If you believe a child supplied personal information contrary to law, contact us so it can be removed.
8. Security and Breach Notification
We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect information. If a qualifying data breach occurs, affected users will be notified as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
